
● Data Center
All of our servers for ASP services, are operated in 3 data centers inside seismic isolation buildings, equipped with modern and high quality equipments such as solid power supplies, large air conditioners, automatic fire extinguishers, and so on. In addition, data backup is stored for each backup generation in a location apart from the location where the data is backed up.
● Operational Monitoring
We have taken 2 approaches in order to deliver e-mails reliably and promptly, that is, system monitoring based on certain rules and monitoring by human. As a result, we have never experienced any carrier blockage during our operation, up until now. In addition, user setting support and always checking whether our users perform correct operation, are some countermeasures for e-mail spoofing.
● Maintenance
Maintenance of our operational servers is conducted by full-time staffs. In the case where services need to be stopped for maintenance, we will contact the persorn in charge regarding the maintenance date and time in advance.
● Support during System Failure
Operational servers are remotely monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In case where a failure is detected, we will contact the person in charge by the prescribed manner, as soon as possible.
QSecurity measures regarding login (prevent third party login)
We only support login through encrypted communication with SSL. We use what is called HTTPS. Our users manage their own login ID and password, and if the users are using the same passwords after a certain number of days, then they are prompted to change the passwords. We incorporated this mechanism to prevent users from using the same passwords, and so regularly change their passwords. Furthermore, we also record the connecting IP address, making it possible to track the login status, if necessary. |
QCountermeasures for personal information leakage
Database server which stores personal information, is not network-easily-accessible by the third party. By limiting the access, we prevent personal information leakage. |
QUpdate and management of the registrant information
(in the case of message undeliverable for a certain period)
The administrator uses management page to update and manage the information. In addition, registrants may update their own registration contents by accessing page for changing configuration using mobile phone. |
QServer physical location and security measures
(server room entrance and exit control, antivirus or unauthorized program countermeasures)
All of the operational servers have been installed in the data center. In the data center, security measures / procedures such as entrance and exit control, manned monitoring by camera, personal authentication, and so on, have been strictly followed. |
QResponse for server breakdown by system failure
Our servers are configured in a redundant configuration. If an abnormality is observed, then standby-ing servers take over. The down time is reduced to a minimum by implementing this mechanism. In addition, operational servers’ status is monitored all the time, and when abnormal situation occurred, persons in charge are notified automatically by e-mail. |
QOther implemented security measures
If a vulnerability of OS or software used in the service has been found, then after an internal evaluation, we introduce the bug fix or patch to the service. |
